Priceline is the online health, beauty and wellness website for Priceline Pharmacies. They opened their first physical store in 1982 and they now have over 390 stores across Australia. The online store offers over 10,000 products including cosmetics, fragrances, skin care, toiletries and vitamins. They specialise in cosmetics and offer handy how-to videos on their site.
Priceline provides good value health and beauty products and a great membership option but their customer service is poor.

Priceline is a reasonably priced online store with some very cheap bargains. They also have a loyalty scheme called The Priceline Sister Club. When you sign up, you earn points for every dollar you spend and these points are redeemed for vouchers that you can use in store. Unfortunately, you can not use the vouchers online at this time. The vouchers are sent out every quarter and there are several double points days every quarter. Priceline also offers exclusive deals to members like secret sales, three for two deals and more. There is definitely value in becoming a member but the stores standalone prices are also competitive when compared to similar websites.
Delivery Policies – 9/10
Priceline uses Australia Post’s eParcel service for deliveries. When your purchase is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days and costs $9.95 but there is an express option that takes 1-2 business days and that costs $14.95.
Priceline delivers to most Australian destinations but they provide a list of postcodes they can’t deliver to, so check them out if you have any concerns.
Payment Methods – 7/10
Priceline accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. They do not accept PayPal which is a shame as it is very secure and convenient.
Reliability – 9/10
Priceline is an established business with a good online record. Their website is secured by Thawte so all your information is encrypted and protected. There are some negative reviews online, but these mostly refer to the physical stores. Delivery is consistently good and the good reviews outweigh the bad.
Returns – 9/10
Priceline will refund or exchange your purchase if it is faulty, not as described or it is damaged. They also accept change of mind returns as long as you have proof of purchase, the item is in its original packaging and is in saleable condition. You have a 30 day window for change of mind returns.
The original shipping fee will be refunded on items that are damaged, faulty or not as described but not for change of mind returns.
Customer Service – 6/10
The Priceline Customer Service department needs improvement. There are many negative reviews online about rude staff and difficulty in getting problems resolved.

They provide value for money over a wide range of products but unfortunately, their customer service lets them down. The member incentives are impressive but hopefully they will update their voucher policy in the near future so they can be used online as well as in their physical stores.
