Price – 8/10

Officeworks boasts of a ‘lowest price guarantee’, which is clearly displayed on their online store, along with the claim that Officework’s prices beat others by at least 5%. The online printing and copying services are reasonably priced, and the printing comes with a good quality finish. However, discounts and sales are rare, but Officeworks covers that in its lowest price guarantee.

Delivery Policies – 6/10

Given the fact that Officeworks has stores in many mainland areas, delivery tends to be quite fast. If you place your order before 11:30am, you will have the option of same day delivery for all in-stock items in metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth and surrounding areas. Bulkier and bigger sized items are delivered on the next working day. If you place your order after 11:30am, then too you will receive the order the next day. Of course, these are what the store claims. But be aware that there are several customers who complain about the undelivered orders.

Delivery is free for orders of $55 or more (excluding bulky and drop ship items) in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth and surrounding areas, while for other areas, these charges can vary anywhere from $5.95 to $25.95.

Payment Methods – 9/10

Officeworks accepts the following methods of payment:
• Visa
• MasterCard
• Diners Club International
• American Express
• Paypal

Reliability – 7/10

Is it safe to order at Officeworks.com.au? Yes. Office Works is an established online store that has become popular to many online shoppers. However, Aussie Deals is aware of many complaints regarding the service of the online store. You would find negative reviews about its delivery and customer service which make the store unattractive to first-time customers.

Returns – 7/10

If you are not satisfied with the Officeworks purchase, you can call the store on the number provided on the website, and discuss the issue with the customer service team. Officeworks also offers a 30-day money back guarantee, wherever possible, on the purchase of items.

Customer Service – 5/10

The best way to contact Office Works is by phone – 1300 office (633 423). In the alternative, you may send your queries by filling out the contact form (link is provided above) or by sending a tweet at @officeworks.

Office Works’ customer service receives bad reviews. In an online review, a customer complained of not having received any reply from the customer service when he asked about his order that has not yet been delivered 3 weeks after the order is placed.

Summary

If you are looking to purchase supplies for use in school, or in your office, Officeworks is a good alternative. The lowest price guarantee makes Officeworks attractive to online shoppers. However, the negative feedback from a number of customers might caution you to consider buying online at the store.
