Groupon vouchers come with massive discounts of up to 70% off certain items. The store outlines how much you save with each deal. Prices include GST. This sounds attractive but actual reviews turn out to be on the negative. Unfortunately, Groupon receives negative reviews on pricing with customers claiming that some product prices are falsely advertised .

Delivery Policies – 4/10

Once you finish placing your order, you receive an email with your order confirmation. Groupon then sends your shipping information to the supplier or distributor who ships the goods on its behalf. The store does not deliver to P.O boxes. It is important to note that shipping charge is variable and is added to your order during checkout.

Groupon is one of the popular deals websites around the globe. Being so, it faces a challenge common to the industry, that is, issues with deliveries. Customers complain of having to cancel their orders and ask for refunds due to delayed deliveries. I have come across an online review where one customer claimed to have waited for her delivery for more than two months.

Groupon cautions customers to read the fine print before making a return. Generally, the store does not accept returns except for damaged or defective products. Furthermore, over sized items do not qualify for returns and refunds are not offered for change of mind returns. There is plenty of negative feedback on returns. Customers complain of delayed or denied refunds. One actual customer claimed not to have received a refund after her trip was canceled due to bad weather.

Groupon can’t seem to catch a break. Majority of the online customers claim to have received poor customer service. One customer claimed that Groupon’s customer service is a complete disgrace.
