The company sells a wide range of consumer electronics, telecommunication and computer goods in Australia, including tv/audio, cameras, phones, home appliances, personal care, floor care and much more. Price – 7/10

Bing Lee’s prices are relatively cheap. For an additional cost, you may choose the Bing Lee’s Easicare warranty plan that allows you to get protection and support for your product for a certain period of time. The store receives positive reviews for cheap prices.

Delivery Policies – 7/10

Orders made before 6pm Monday – Friday are delivered the next day around Sydney Metropolitan areas. Flat rate shipping is available on most small and medium sized items. The store uses Australia Post, Courier Providers and Bing Lee trucks for delivery. Bing Lee delivers to most areas within Australia, except P.O Boxes.

Large home appliances may be delivered by Bing Lee trucks where possible. However, you have two options:

  • Drop off delivery – done Monday – Saturday to Syndey Metropolitan locations. The driver will call you between 6:30am – 7:30am advicing on a two hour delivery window. If no one is present to pick up the order, re-delivery fee will be charged.
  • Full Service delivery – For an additional fee, goods can be delivered to Sydney Metropolitan areas Monday – Saturday. Orders are however, delivered unboxed and unpacked.

Take note that orders for Notebooks, Desktops and TV’s over $1000 will have insurance included in the delivery price.

The store keeps personal information about its customers secure and takes reasonable steps to ensure that the information is destroyed when it is no longer required. Bing Lee receives negative feedback for poor customer service and delayed or misplaced orders.

Returns – 7/10

Bing Lee has a detailed returns policy. Change of mind returns are not accepted. For goods to be returned, they should be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. However, hygiene and personal care, gift cards and recharge cards, photo processing and imaging products are not accepted. Please read the returns policy carefully before making a return.
